Yomi Jemibewon

Yomi is a Managing Director at CCA, and brings to the role close to two decades of experience from a background in investing and management consulting.

Prior to CCA, Yomi co-founded CardinalStone Partners, and led the Principal Investments Division. Before this, he was a Vice President at Avante Capital in Lagos, and a strategy consultant with Bain & Company in New York.

Yomi holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Femi Ogunjimi

Femi is a Managing Director at CCA, and brings to the role close to two decades of experience from a background in investment banking and investing.

Prior to CCA, Femi co-founded CardinalStone Partners and served as CEO, as well as head of the Investment Banking Division. Prior to this, he was a Vice President in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in New York, and an Associate with PwC in Lagos.

Femi holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos.

Shirley Somuah

Shirley is a Partner on the investment team at CCA, where she focuses on the breadth of the investment and value addition cycle. She has over a decade of experience across management consulting and investing.

Prior to CCA, Shirley was a Vice President on the Principal Investments team at CardinalStone Partners, and a management consultant with Oliver Wyman in New York and Dubai.

Shirley holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BSc. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Tunji Sekoni

Tunji is a Principal at CCA, where he focuses on the end-to-end investment and value addition process. He has over 10 years’ experience in Deal Advisory.

Prior to CCA, Tunji was a Manager in Deal Advisory at KPMG in Lagos, and a finance analyst at The Coca Cola Company in Lagos.

Tunji has a B.Sc. in Accounting from Covenant University.

Temidayo Osunsade

Temidayo is a Vice President at CCA where he leads the operations team on the assessment and delivery of value addition initiatives for prospective and active portfolio companies.

Prior to CCA, Temidayo was head of commercial and business intelligence at Transport Services Limited (TSL), Nigeria’s leading provider of customized logistics services, and before that spent 10 years in the Management Consulting unit of KPMG.

Temidayo holds a Masters in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is also a CFA Charter holder.

Folashade Dapo

Folashade is a Vice President at CCA, and heads the Legal & Investor Relations unit, advising on transaction structures and due diligence for different investments. She has over 10 years’ experience in corporate law and private equity.

Prior to CCA, Folashade was a Legal Counsel at the Asset and Resource Management holding company (ARM) in Lagos, and an Associate at Udo-Udoma and Belo-Osagie (UUBO) in Lagos.

Folashade holds an LLB from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Liza Azu

Liza is a Vice President at CCA, where she focuses on the end-to-end investment and value addition process. She has over 12 years’ experience of providing financing for and investing in companies across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to CCA, Liza was a Senior Associate in the investment division at African Capital Alliance (ACA). She was also previously at International Finance Corporation (IFC) through the World Bank Group (WBG) Young Professionals Program and in the Investment Banking team at Stanbic Bank Ghana and Kenya.

Liza holds an MBA from INSEAD, an Msc in Money and Banking from University of Exeter and a Bsc. in Business Administration (Finance & Economics major) from Drake University.

Femi Fayose​

Femi is the Financial Control Manager at CCA, and coordinates finance and reporting functions. He has over 5 years’ experience in financial control and Private Equity.

Prior to CCA, Femi held roles in Investing and Financial Control at Crest Agro Limited, Kogi and CardinalStone Partners, Lagos.

Femi has a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos.

Tolulope Alade

Tolulope is an Associate at CCA, where she focuses on all stages of the investment process and provides support for value-addition initiatives in portfolio companies.

Tolulope holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Covenant University, Ota. She is also a Chartered Accountant (ACA)

Moyosoluwa Afolabi

Moyosoluwa is an Associate at CCA where he focuses on all stages of the investment process and provides support for value addition in portfolio companies.

Moyosoluwa has a B.Sc. in Accounting from Bowen University.

Raphael Awe-Obe

Raphael is an associate in the legal unit at CCA where he is responsible for due diligence for different investments.

Raphael has an LLB from the University of Lagos.

Tosin Osho

Tosin is an Associate at CCA, where he focuses on all stages of the investment process and provides support for value addition in portfolio companies.

Tosin has a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan.

Aminat Salako

Precious Izuchukwu

Daniel Adedoyin
